I do logos for anyone who asks, but I hesitate to set up any kind of free graphics page because I hear absolute horror stories from the members of Web Prestige about people linking directly to their sites rather than copying and saving images. When some of the artists have changed the items on their pages, or renamed the pages, people have had the nerve to send in emails of protest. I can't imagine having that kind of chutzpah. I'd certainly have to kill anyone who did that to me. Of course, I'm in no danger of becoming a mighty web graphics queen yet. I'm such a newbie at it. Thank goodness for graphic design goddess Gabby who sent me scuttling to learn about indexing colours, and remembering when to use .jpgs and when to use .gifs. She recommended the very fine Creating Killer Web Sites by David Siegel, and I do, too. It's a book Nigel told me about several months ago when he was alternately bullying and cajoling me to do a web page. I love learning easier ways to do things, and better ways. My only question is why do computer books always cost $45?
