I give up, I don't know anything about astrology. Saturn's still retrograde but Mercury is the planet that is now moving forward again, I was wrong, don't listen to me. I know my journal title is astrologically influenced but trust me, I'm not much of a resource for it. You want the real thing, go here and here and here. Links courtesy Fredlet, Astrogirl, and Symboline. The Presidential election is still unbelievably close as I write this at 10:30pm. I can't stand it. I've been nervous and tense all day. My algebra class exploded in a fit of political excitement when someone read us the electoral college figures during the break. I probably won't know who won until the morning which makes me crazy, but I refuse to stay up until all hours hoping to find out which way Floriday swung. Meanwhile, all the measures I voted yes for passed so I'm very pleased about my local elections. I failed to vote for Harbor Commissioner, though. I didn't feel qualified. I was the first one to finish the quiz tonight in class, and I think I got every answer right. I've discovered I like working with radical expressions. There are so many neat tricks you can use to reduce those funky looking problems to funky looking answers. I still fear polynomials, but I think I've finally learned some actual algebra.
You cannot conceive how astonished I am.
