I haven't been terribly successful in getting a full face shot of our new pet so I'm using the one from Pets In Need, copyright whoever took the photo at the shelter, and one I took this evening while she watched Natasha's every move.

There is nothing more fascinating than a cat, especially a cat you aren't allowed to chase.
John isn't crazy about the name Violet, so we are very seriously looking at a new name for her tonight. She doesn't respond to it, anyway, but we have to decide soon before we take her in for her first local vet visit.
